Report Ranks Hodgson Russ Among Top Law Firms for PIPE Issuers in 2008

In a report that shows the volume of private placements of securities by publicly traded companies increasing over the first two quarters of 2008, Hodgson Russ LLP ranks fifth nationally among law firms for total number of private investment in public equity (PIPE) deals handled for issuers during that time.

The 2008 Q1-Q2 PIPE League Tables, recently released by PIPE monitoring and research company PrivateRaise, notes that Hodgson Russ advised issuers on nine PIPE transactions between January 1 and June 30, 2008.
