Rinde a Speaker in China and U.S. on Cross-Border BusinessJuly 23, 2008 New York, NY — Jeffrey A. Rinde, a partner in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group at Hodgson Russ LLP and leader of the firm’s Asia Practice Group, recently gave several presentations on cross-border business between the United States and China.
Mr. Rinde focuses his practice on securities regulation and compliance, representing numerous U.S. and foreign public corporations with a particular emphasis on Asia. He has extensive experience in public and private equity and debt security financings, international mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, and corporate law and governance. He also represents issuers and merchant and investment banking firms in public and private securities offerings, as well as representing buyers, sellers, and financial advisors in a variety of public and private business combinations. Hodgson Russ attorneys facilitate the U.S. legal aspects of transactions around the world. We practice in virtually every substantive area of law, including providing significant representation to Asian clients seeking U.S. financing and listings on U.S. capital markets.
